Director of Sales and Marketing
STI Pharma wishes to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing reporting directly to the President of STI Pharma. Initially the position would be responsible for negotiating contracts with and ensuring contract compliance by third party marketing partners to market pharmaceutical products within the US. This position will work with marketing partners to coordinate, develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for licensed products including promotional platforms, pricing, distribution etc. to ensure that sales and profits of our products are optimized.

Ultimately this position will be expected to initiate, develop and grow STI Pharma’s in-house sales and marketing group. This will include sales projections and budgetary requirements for hiring a sales and marketing staff. Duties will also include new product launch, identifying new market opportunities, and assisting in product acquisition opportunity evaluations. The ideal candidate for this position should understand all aspects of Sales and Marketing and be willing to work in a “small company” environment. It is expected that the candidate will have a minimum of a BS degree, preferably an MBA and experience with focus on sales and marketing of generic and branded generic pharmaceuticals. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

STI Pharma specializes in cough/cold, pain, infectious diseases and dermatological markets with an emphasis on products intended the long-term care market.
